Salamalikum,
Brother Sarfaraz - the dua's quoted here are from the translation of Al-Istighfarat al-Munqidha min al-Nar, which is a collection of seventy prayers for forgiveness by ‘Allama Qutb al-Din al-Hanafi transmitted from Imam Hasan al-Basri.
The translated book is titled 'Prayers for Forgiveness: Seeking Spiritual Enlightenment through Sincere Supplication' by Shaykh Mufti Abdurrahman Ibn Yusuf Mangera.
Hope I helped in sorting out your concern.
Salamalikum.
